What Is The Cost For CDL Testing?

CDL skills test fees are listed below by CDL class. The cost for CDL testing depends on whether this is an initial exam or a re-test. Please see the CDL test fees listed below.

Payment of CDL skills test fees is required at time of scheduling exam appointment or re-exam appointment. TTS accepts the following forms of payment: cash, credit card, money order or cashier’s check.

Class A CDL Test

Initial Exam Fee: $150
Failed Pre-Trip Re-Tests: $150
Re-tests for Skills & Road: $125
Re-tests for Road Only: $100
Equipment rental fee is not included (see Equipment Rental Rates)

Class B CDL Test

Initial Exam Fee: $150
Failed Pre-Trip Re-Tests: $150
Re-tests for Skills & Road: $125
Re-tests for Road Only: $100
Equipment rental fee is not included (see Equipment Rental Rates)

Class C CDL Test

Initial Exam Fee: $150
Failed Pre-Trip Re-Tests: $150
Re-tests for Skills & Road: $125
Re-tests for Road Only: $100

Few select trucks available to rent for use during the CDL test.
Class A & Class B trucks available for rent
No passenger bus available for rent.
